Dr. William Bay, a GP whose medical license was suspended over two years ago, has won a major legal victory against the Medical Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
The Queensland Supreme Court’s decision has cast doubt on the regulatory bodies’ handling of the case, describing their allegations against Dr. Bay as “entirely unfounded.”
The controversy began in August 2022 when Dr. Bay, who had been practicing medicine since 2016, was suspended following five notifications related to his public statements and actions concerning COVID-19 mRNA gene therapies, marketed to the public as COVID ‘vaccines’.
Among these incidents were videos and livestreams in which Dr. Bay expressed concerns about vaccine safety, including a claim that compliance with vaccination protocols had harmed patients.
In July 2022, during the Australian Medical Association’s National Conference, Dr. Bay interrupted proceedings, passionately urging attendees to reconsider their stance on vaccine mandates. His actions, though contentious, were framed by him as an effort to advocate for public safety.
The Medical Board issued a “show cause” notice shortly after, which Dr. Bay responded to by asserting that his comments were in the public interest and did not constitute a risk to the community. Despite this, his license remained suspended, leading him to seek judicial review of the regulatory bodies’ decisions.
During the Supreme Court hearing, critical evidence emerged that revealed procedural errors in the suspension decision. Justice Thomas Bradley noted that the Medical Board and AHPRA had acted beyond their legislative powers and failed to provide Dr. Bay with procedural fairness. The Board’s allegations of unlawful practice and breaches of professional guidelines were not substantiated by evidence.
Justice Bradley said the regulatory bodies had the means to identify these errors earlier but chose not to act on them, thereby prolonging the case and its impact on Dr. Bay. “This very serious allegation by the Board appears to have been entirely unfounded,” Justice Bradley wrote.
The court ruled that the suspension of Dr. Bay’s license, as well as subsequent investigations and referrals to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, were invalid. It also ordered the Medical Board and AHPRA to cover Bay’s legal costs.
This is beyond HUGE. There are tears of joy, not just in Australia but across the world.
The criminal malfeasants from our government health bureaucracy have been destroyed in Queensland Supreme Court.

Excellent news. The democide will be revealed, and crime syndicates masquerading as governments will feel the peoples fury.
Been waiting a long time for the wheels of justice to turn in favour of the people for once. Millions have met premature death and suffering from these vaccines to date. Congratulations to Dr Bay on behalf of everyone forced to take the jab. Ironically redress happened in the state that first banned Ivermectin and Huydroxychloroquine as antidotes to Covid-19. Yes it was deliberate.
What a great outcome. Australian courts seem to have more integrity than they do here in New Zealand. Now lets see some criminal investigation into those involved in this COVID period, including politicians……

Pardoned I believe…..
….cast doubt on the regulatory bodies’ handling of the case……
Understatement of the year!
Its funny I’m no doctor but knew the jabs were dangerous – go figure although the communist rant of the jabby wabby we are the one source of truth sort of gave it away right?
