Brazilian backpacker Juliana Marins, 26, died after falling from a cliff while hiking with friends near the crater of Indonesia’s active Mount Rinjani.
Despite surviving the initial fall and being seen alive in early drone footage, rescuers were unable to reach her for days due to steep terrain and dense fog.
After a complex operation involving 50 people, her body was finally located 600m down a ravine on Tuesday, though recovery has been delayed by weather.
