Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk, delivered a tearful livestreamed address after her husband was fatally shot at a Utah university event.
Speaking beside his empty podcast chair, she thanked first responders, his staff, and political allies including President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, while pledging that her husband’s voice and mission would endure.
She spoke movingly about their two young children and her struggle to explain his death, while vowing that “the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.”
Erika Kirk also confirmed that her late husband’s campus tour and podcast will continue, promising that his work would grow stronger despite his killing.
