Cincinnati hospital denies heart transplant to 12-year-old over ‘vaccination’ status

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is facing backlash after denying 12-year-old Adaline Deal a place on the heart transplant list due to her vaccination status.

Adaline, who was adopted from China and has lived with severe heart conditions her entire life, now requires a transplant for survival. She is related by marriage to Vice President JD Vance’s half-siblings.

However, her parents, Brayton and Jeneen Deal, claim the hospital refused to list her because they declined to vaccinate her against COVID-19 and the flu, citing religious beliefs.

Despite pleading for a religious exemption, the hospital stood firm on its policy, leaving the family desperate for alternatives.

The Deals argue that Adaline has been a patient at Cincinnati Children’s for nearly a decade without issue, making the sudden barrier to life-saving treatment all the more devastating.

The case has sparked outrage among medical freedom advocates, with some labelling the policy as discriminatory and unethical, prioritising bureaucracy over a child’s right to live.

In response to the controversy, Cincinnati Children’s issued a carefully worded statement, avoiding direct mention of Adaline’s case while defending its transplant policies.

The hospital said organ transplants are complex and that its priority is maximising the success rate of donated organs.

“Because children who receive a transplant will be immunosuppressed for the rest of their life, vaccines play a critical role in preventing or reducing the risk of life-threatening infections,” the statement read.

Critics argue this rationale disregards individual medical and religious rights, effectively making vaccination a non-negotiable prerequisite for life-saving care.

Jeneen Deal, devastated by the decision, expressed her disbelief, stating, “I thought, wow. So, it’s not about the kid. It’s not about saving her life.”

The family continues to push for Adaline’s inclusion on the transplant list, as public outcry grows over the hospital’s rigid stance, raising broader ethical questions about medical mandates and patient autonomy in critical care decisions.

  1. Robert Kennedy and staff are very much against forced vaccines. Someone must know how to contact his team to get this decision over turned. I just don’t understand the vaccine brigade and how they continue to push for this vaccine when it has done so much harm.

  2. Doctors don’t care about you and will literally let your children die just to prove a point.

That god-awful Hellen Halitosis Harris woman proved it here in NZ a few years ago during the baby Will saga when she admitted that it wasn’t about the baby’s health, it was about “not legitimising doubt in the vaccines”.

Terminally sick and woefully corrupt industry, I do not trust or listen to any of them. Praying that the political sh*storm is too much for them to ignore and that that little girl gets her heart 🙏

    • If police do not take action to arrest and charge individuals who hold ideology over the health of an innocent child/person, can they then complain if people don’t trust them and take justice into their own hands?

      • Police who storm into hospital rooms to tear screaming infants away from their sobbing mothers are NOT heroes. They are merely the jackbooted enforcers of the state, legal thugs, Gestapo/Stasi and nothing more.

PARENTS bear responsibility for their children, their religion, their traditions, their ideology and their health decisions, by blood and by divine right, NOT the state by virtue of the tax they extort from all of us through the threat of legalised violence.

They are OUR children, not the government’s. No matter how much that irks said government.

An authoritarian police state who enforce THEIR OWN insane ideologies over the natural rights of their citizens is FAR more likely to lead to a population taking the law into their own hands (as well as lots of other fun stuff). Plenty of historical precedence for this.

  3. Ignorant fks! She is healthier then anyone AND it’s the risk the family takes whether jabbed or not. Shows how uneducated hospitals are these days…how can anyone trust the medical profession, not me that’s for sure!

  4. I know by experience that in western countries many doctors, especially high in the hierarchy are just plain criminals. Will kill patients to ” save” their reputation and i had a very narrow escape.
That said, human beings are not a car you repair with a spare part. I belive in the integrity of the body. Dead or alive. I won t give any organ and would refuse a strange body part as well.

  5. Needed to go into Wellington hospital for some urgent surgery due an accident. I had to lie saying that I was vaccinated In order to receive treatment. Pathetic. However I must say that fortunately the hospital took my word for it.

    • Must have a bunch of idiots running the hospital seeing as they don’t know that neither the flu jab or covid jab stop you from catching either ailment

    • Not so quick, Anonymous.
You wouldn’t be here if not for Christianity.
And even if, your society would look totally different.
