Renowned British biologist Richard Dawkins has resigned from the ‘Freedom From Religion Foundation’ (FFRF) after the organisation removed an article titled Biology is Not Bigotry in response to backlash from pro-trans activists.
The article, written by biologist Jerry Coyne, defended the biological definition of gender and challenged a previous FFRF piece by non-binary author Kat Grant.
Dawkins criticised the foundation’s decision as “an act of unseemly panic” and accused it of censoring a valid scientific rebuttal due to external pressure.
Coyne and psychologist Steven Pinker also resigned, with Pinker accusing the FFRF of adopting a quasi-religious stance that undermines scientific inquiry and free expression.
FFRF co-presidents Dan Barker and Annie Laurie Gaylor stated that publishing Coyne’s piece “was an error” and reaffirmed “their commitment to LGBTQ rights”, noting the removal aimed to “align with their values”.
Dawkins, however, denounced the move as disrespectful to Coyne, lamenting the loss of open scientific dialogue within the group.
The incident has amplified ongoing debates about the intersection of science, free speech, and gender identity, with Dawkins reiterating his stance that biological sex is binary and scientifically indisputable.
“Sex really is binary. You’re either male or female, and it’s absolutely clear you can do it on gamete size. You can do it on chromosomes. To me, as a biologist, it’s distinctly weird people can simply declare ‘I am a woman though I have a penis,'” he said back in 2023.
Interesting how these organisations inevitably all start to look alike as they get bigger and find the establishment, starts to take an interest. As an atheist myself I see no need to join a group to sustain my personal opinions (not saying I’m right its just a personal conclusion based on life experience).

The Trans agenda is top-down, trans is Elite driven, it is claimed Trans found a home in elite circles long ago, Elites have been injecting female embyos with testosterone in-utero producing sterile males and visa versa with males.
This trick was discovered by cattle breeders centuries ago (look up ‘freemartin’) it happens naturally in cows that have twins.
Then the Elites started doing it to their offspring, many Elites are Trans, they are the ones supporting Trans because they are the ones that want to come out. Look up famous Trans Elites like Pink, and you will find that they were all born in Mt Sini private hospitals and will most likely be Jewish.
Gender flipping is practiced by the Elites in order to create emotional confusion. The emotional confusion then makes it easier to convert people from the light to the darkness by convincing them that evil is good and good is evil.
It also serves the depopulation agenda as the sex changed people cannot have children and many consider (or actually do) suicide when they realize later what a mistake they have made. Either way, many of them are left more depressed afterwards.
Genuine trans (people born in the wrong body) might be one in 1000 or one in 10,000. Sometimes you even wonder how much of that is caused by pollution, food additives and so on as the mother is carrying the baby.
It’s very sad that this minor issue is being amplified into a major problem that sucks in vulnerable people and destroys them, physically and emotionally.
