A 25-year-old woman has died following a terror attack in the southern Israeli city of Beersheba, where a gunman opened fire at a central bus station.
Israeli police confirmed the attacker was “neutralized” at the scene. Israel’s medical service, Magen David Adom, initially reported nine injured victims, with the woman later succumbing to her injuries.
The attacker, described as a Bedouin man with a criminal record, was shot dead.
Graphic footage captured the chaotic aftermath of the attack, which comes amid escalating tensions in the region, including ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza.
