Israel’s prime minister accuses Tehran of supporting militant groups ‘from the Houthis to Hezbollah to Hamas’.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel is already carrying out direct attacks on Iran and is making every possible effort to prevent Tehran from attaining nuclear weapons.
Answering a reporter’s question in Tel Aviv on Thursday about why Israel is conducting attacks on Iran’s proxies rather than attacking the country directly, Netanyahu replied: “Who says we are not attacking Iran, we are attacking.”
Israel claims Iran was involved in plotting the October 7 attacks, when around 1,200 people were killed and scores taken hostage in the surprise Hamas raid near Gaza. Israel retaliated by launching an intense military bombardment of the Palestinian enclave, so far leaving about 24,000 dead, according to local health officials. The operation is aimed at wiping out the militant group, West Jerusalem says.
Israel has previously openly accused Iran of aiding Hamas “with money, training and weapons and technological know-how” and intelligence.
“Iran is standing behind it. We are in conflict with Iran. Imagine not what Iran can do to us, to destroy us,” Netanyahu said, claiming he will only agree to a deal that grants West Jerusalem security control over all of Gaza.
Iran has denied any role in the Hamas assault on Israel, with Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani saying such accusations were “based on political reasons.”
Netanyahu added that “Iran is the head of the octopus and you see its tentacles all around from the Houthis to Hezbollah to Hamas.”
Iran has widely been seen by Israel and the US and as the major destabilizing power in the Middle East, allegedly supplying weapons, military expertise, and training to Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthi rebels in Yemen.
The US has previously alleged that Iran is “deeply involved” in Houthi attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea, claiming that it has provided the rebels with drones, missiles, and intelligence. Tehran has denied the allegation, insisting that “resistance groups” are acting independently and “not taking orders from Tehran to confront the war crimes and genocide committed by Israel.”
Israel rarely publicly admits to attacking Iran directly, but the Islamic Republic has long been a target of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his several terms in power.
In December former Israeli prime minister Naftali Bennett revealed that Israel had attacked an unmanned aerial vehicle base in Iran and assassinated a senior Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander. Bennett, who was Israeli prime minister from June 2021 to June 2022, made the admission in an op-ed published in The Wall Street Journal.
And just think … All of this started through a brilliant military strategic initiatiative on the part of Hamas in infiltrating Israeli defenses?

There is nothing brave about raping, castrating, beheading innocent Jews. There is nothing brave about throwing 750 thousand Jews out of Arab countries when Israel was formed in 1948. There is nothing brave about constantly inciting genocide “from the river to the sea”. There is nothing brave about suicide bombing innocent people.
I like the Persian people who are being subjugated by the criminal vindictive Mullah regime since 1979. The Iranian people had an uprising in 2014/5 and asked then US President Obama for help: Obama refused. Many Iranians were subsequently murdered by the Basiji. The current Resident Biden would I believe rather bomb Iran (which enriches the Military-Industrial Complex and the bankers) rather than help the Iranian people (weapons, training, and so on).
However, the Palestinian people really are a different matter: They are extremists that are filled with hate: Between 70 to 86 percent (depending upon which poll) of them in Gaza and the West Bank not only support Hamas but also support what Hamas did in Southern Israel on 7 October 2023. Other Arab countries (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Kuwait) do not like the Palestinians because they are “trouble”. They were offered a state in the year 2000 and Arafat refused then started an intifada that killed many in Israel.
If they were given a state now it would not make any difference: The Jihad never stops, only a Hudna (temporary truce) which may last up to 10 years.
The only change which might make a difference is remove UNRWA from Gaza and have an agency that teaches love, compassion and empathy to the Gaza children take over their education. It would take a generation.
Gaza needs to be “de-Jihadised” in the same manner in which the hate teachings of Nazism and Bushido-Fascism were banned from Germany and Japan after WW2 when the Allies oversaw their education systems.
And why should the USA ” help” iranians by ” training and weapons” mister ?
The trouble with the USA is that it always meddle in other countries affairs. The iranians and most countries can take care of themselves without the ” divide and rule” from the USA. As that is what it is about. Spitefull and intolerant of other cultures and other ways of thinking, that is what the USA are. Than stay at home US and work instead of thieving other countries’ assets.

I am not a muslim. And i still can read and think by myself. As for innocents, thousands have already died in gaza. Women and kids. Not even hospitals are spared.
