  1. Does this one know how to read and interpret legal statutes, or is she going to pretend they’re too complicated like all the other judges do?

Is she going to sit there and needlessly split hairs over obscure, inconsequential sections of each law? Is she going to suspend all our rights again the next time there’s another “emergency”? Is she going to rule that “freedom of speech” doesn’t really mean freedom of speech, and “the right to protest” doesn’t really mean the right to protest, and that “informed consent” isn’t really a requirement etc?

Excuse me while I curb my enthusiasm 😒👍

    • Too right!
This woman co-defended …wait for it….Chris Kahui, the father of The Cris and Cru Kahui, two New Zealand babies who died on 18 June 2006 in Auckland’s Starship Children’s Hospital after being admitted with serious head injuries after being horrendously assaulted. The father, 21-year-old Chris Kahui, was charged with their murder. Kahui’s defence was that the mother, Macsyna King, was responsible for the deaths. After a six-week trial, the jury took just one minute to acquit Kahui. In July 2012, a coroner’s report was released, which concluded that the children’s injuries occurred “whilst they were in the sole custody, care and control of their father”.
Further questions: Is MICHELE MARINA WILKINSON-SMITH (what a posh name) married? Does she have children? Gay, divorced, or vaxxed? Where did she stand during the protests? What is her political affiliation?
      Auckland Law School….pffff

  2. Everything is a secret regarding these ‘Judges’, until you encounter them on a personal level.
And that can be a frightening eye-opener!!!
