The upcoming Rugby League Ashes series between England and Australia is seeing unprecedented ticket demand, with the third Test at Headingley already sold out and the second Test at Everton’s new stadium close behind.
Over 75,000 tickets were snapped up during the priority window, including 60,000 on the opening day alone—shattering previous records for rugby league in England.
Hospitality packages for Headingley have also sold out, and top-tier tickets for Wembley and Everton Stadium were gone within a day.
The series, marking the Kangaroos’ return to England for the first Ashes since 2003, goes on general sale April 14.
