Epstein tied to foreign intelligence: Tucker Carlson

Speaking at Turning Point USA, Tucker Carlson said that Jeffrey Epstein may have been working for a foreign intelligence agency and suggesting that the U.S. government has deliberately avoided investigating the full extent of his operations.

“And I think the real answer is Jeffrey Epstein was working on behalf of intel services, probably not American,” Carlson told the crowd. “We have every right to ask on whose behalf was he working? How does a guy go from being a math teacher at the Dalton School in the late seventies with no college degree to having multiple airplanes, a private island and the largest residential…house in Manhattan?”

Carlson questioned why no serious inquiry had been made into Epstein’s connections, money, or influence. “No one has ever gotten to the bottom of that because no one has ever tried,” he said. He argued that Epstein’s ties to a foreign government, which he identified as Israel, have been treated as off-limits in public discourse. “No one’s allowed to say that that foreign government is Israel because we have been somehow cowed into thinking that that’s naughty.”

He pushed back against accusations that such questioning is antisemitic. “There is nothing wrong with saying that. There is nothing hateful about saying that. There’s nothing even antisemitic about saying that.” Carlson compared this to criticising U.S. intelligence agencies like the CIA, which he said should be possible without being branded un-American. “Criticising the behaviour of a government agency does not make you a hater. It makes you a free person. It makes you a citizen.”

Carlson also claimed the suppression of open discussion has fuelled toxic speculation online. “The effect of making that off limits has been to create a lot of resentment and, I’ll say it, hate online. Where people feel like they can’t just say, like, what the hell is this?” He pointed to Epstein’s associations, saying, “You have the former Israeli prime minister living in your house… Were you working on behalf of Mossad? Were you running a blackmail operation on behalf of a foreign government?”

Carlson claimed this view is widely held in Washington. “Every single person in Washington DC thinks that. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t think that.”

He concluded by demanding answers from Israel. “As long as we’re sending you money, if you were committing crimes on our soil, we have an absolute right to know, did you do this or not?”

Adding to the controversy, former Bush administration official Catherine Austin Fitts claims the Epstein case is connected to much larger financial and political scandals. Fitts argues that the Epstein files could reveal a network behind over $20 trillion missing from the Pentagon and link it to the government’s Operation Warp Speed vaccine campaign. She claims that the same people responsible for looting public funds are now behind the push for experimental vaccines, and that exposing this truth “could destabiliee the entire system”.
