It’s set to be a big day ahead for anti-mandate protests around the country.
At parliament, protest numbers are expected to grow as the fine weather continues in the capital over the weekend.
Voices for Freedom recently presented evidence to the Human Rights Commissioner about the human impact of the mandates and tabled legitimate, scientific concerns questioning the basis of certain government policy. The event is being replicated today and a DTNZ reporter is attendance.
In Auckland the Freedoms and Rights Coalition will walk across the Harbour Bridge in protest against mandates.
In Picton the Freedom Camp continues to grow as South Islanders converge there before catching the ferry, or taking private boats, across the Cook Strait to join the Parliament Protest.

A beautiful morning walking down through The Terrace. Go well you Aucklanders today, we’re all behind you. Great to see the families from Picton coming off the boat last night. To everyone protesting around NZ we love you and we stand with you ❤️ pic.twitter.com/1F7Xn8y2RO

This so called minority represents a large percentage of new zealand population, and for every 1 person there, there are many remotely. Also there are a vast majority of folks stuck in picton due to the ferry blockade. NZ has spoken https://t.co/kiyi1QC5D0

The stadium parking is filled up nown Where are they supposed to park now? Everyone agrees Kiwis have the right to protest. If the government didn't want such a massive protest in Wellington, Picton, and Christchurch, then maybe don't overreach into people's medical choices.
