In a post in January I outlined the future of DTNZ.
An important step has been taken this week with the company Orion Media Limited taking over ownership and responsibility for DTNZ going forward. This is a private company of which I am the sole director and shareholder.
To recap, the purpose of establishing the company is to launch DTNZ on its way to eventually becoming a self-sustaining, not-for-profit news and media entity. Full details of those plans are set out in the January post.
Further developments will take place shortly, and updates will be provided.
DTNZ website re-design
The website re-design has proceeded smoothly. Readers will notice a change in fonts, colours and other formatting changes. I hope the changes so far have improved the reader experience, and feedback to date has been positive.
