Hulk Hogan, the flamboyant wrestling superstar who transformed professional wrestling into a global entertainment empire and later endorsed Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential bid, has died at age 71, WWE confirmed.
Born Terry Gene Bollea, Hogan rose to fame in the 1980s with his iconic persona, unforgettable WrestleMania moments, and mainstream crossover into movies and television.
His outsized charisma and muscular image helped turn wrestling into billion-dollar family entertainment.
