The cause of death has not yet been released.
The Netflix star’s management announced the death yesterday on Instagram:
‘We are here to deliver heartbreaking news. Actress Chaeyul has left us. Her funeral will be held privately in accordance to the wishes of her family, who must be in greater sadness than anyone else. We hope you pray for the deceased so Chaeyul, who was also sincere in her acting, may rest in peace.’
The South Korean born actress and model made her Chae Yull starred in the K-drama Zombie Detective on Netflix and was filming for her next television project Wedding Impossible.
She was active on social media just two days before her death, posting photos of her listening to music while drinking from a glass.
