A viral video clip appears to show an elephant thanking a motorist for stopping.
The elephant was part of a herd which was crossing a rural road somewhere in Asia. As the mass of up to 50 animals filed across, one of the last adult elephants stops and faces the driver of the car and waves his trunk at him, in an apparent gesture of thanks.
After crossing the road she gives thanks !
