Claire’s U.K. moves toward administration, putting 281 stores at risk

Claire's UK news

Claire’s Accessories UK has filed a Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators, threatening the future of its 281 UK and Irish stores while leaving its global operations unaffected.

The move, aimed at safeguarding the business during a review of strategic options, follows similar restructuring efforts in North America and Europe.

Administrators from Interpath Advisory are expected to be appointed shortly, with all UK stores to remain open and staff retained during the process.

CEO Chris Cramer said the decision was part of a broader plan to protect the brand’s long-term value, expressing gratitude to employees, partners, and customers for their support.
