Baby W case – decision to be reserved

Baby Will news

A decision on the Baby W blood transfusion case has been reserved.

Lawyer Sue Grey told supporters outside the court that the judge will release a decision as soon as possible, and given the urgency, it may not include reasons, but that those will be provided at a later date.

  1. Let’s hope they make the right decision indeed the only decision they can make given the facts

If HIV and Mad Cows disease gave cause to screen bloods then Covid vaccines must be a shoo in

And that they had willing donors to provide unvaccinated blood removes any obstacle to not accommodating the parents request

But watch out if the court allow the authorities to take the child. If that happens the people will rise up

  2. This is a simple case. A blood test can discriminate between jabbed and unjabbed. One cannot be certain that the elemnnets that discriminate the blood is harmful to a child or not because the evidence will be generated only in the future decades to come. Given the rights of the child and parents, no forced blood choice can be imposed. Any decent legal mind will see through the natural justice in this matter. If natural justice is denied, civil case can be filed.

  3. Well I don’t know about you, but given what has happened to that couple & baby so far I wouldn’t let them touch my baby with a 10ft barge pole, no matter what kind of blood they promised to give! I am trusting in God to completly heal Will. And I speak as one who spent a week battling in the ‘spirit’ for a heart baby in Starship 10yrs ago; who has now grown up to be the little hero of his community, hands down! At that time I was inspired to try to do everything I could for the hospital, but given what I have seen from this case I am now quesioning where the attacks he suffered then really came from.
