Diddy acquitted of major charges

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been found not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking but convicted on two counts of transporting women for prostitution after a high-stakes trial in New York.

The verdict, delivered after 13 hours of jury deliberation, spares Combs a potential life sentence but exposes him to up to 20 years in prison for the prostitution charges.

The case, which drew national media attention and a swirl of social commentary, centered on explosive allegations from two women—Casandra Ventura and a pseudonymous “Jane”—both of whom described coercive sexual encounters and abuse during their relationships with Combs.

Jurors ultimately concluded that while Combs engaged in disturbing behavior, it did not meet the legal threshold for sex trafficking.

The courtroom reaction was mixed, with Combs visibly relieved and his family celebrating, while prosecutors expressed concern about downplaying the gravity of the convictions.

Defence lawyers argued that the sex was consensual and domestic violence, while present, did not equal trafficking. Prosecutors, meanwhile, emphasised the repeated use of drugs, violence, and coercion in the encounters, asserting that Combs deserves significant prison time.

The judge is expected to rule shortly on whether Combs will be released on bond ahead of sentencing. He remains in custody at a Brooklyn prison.

  1. He’ll get ‘time already served’ and possibly probation, or a suspended sentence, because;
    IF dat Diddy goes to jail, dem peoples in New Yawk wills be out on da streets likes we did wid Rodney King an George Floyd.

    • If ‘Diddy’ was convicted and given a long-term prison sentence, the major cities would burn…literally.
      This is why O.J. Simpson got off multiple murder and manslaughter charges, otherwise L.A. would have burned, but-
      DEW fires are doing a pretty good job of the same..!
      Blend those protest in with the current ‘sleeper cells’ and not even all of the law enforcement entities, the Militias and National Guard could cope and be overwhelmed.
      Then-
      Comes the ‘False Flag’ of a dirty bomb or suitcase nuke going off in the cities that would be3 declared ‘uncontrollable and lost’,
      Brother R.G. Stair 33 years ago predicted that U.S. Cities would be nuked by their own governments.
      They might be very close to experiencing just that!

  2. Keep an eye on what large purchases the jury will buy. Either that or too bad about the tragic accidents awaiting them.

  3. The prosecutor is Maurien Comey (FBI James Comey’s daughter) she was the prosecutor in the Gislaine Maxwell (Jeff Epstein’s Madam) sex trafficking case where they found Maxwell guilty of sex trafficking minors to nobody.
