A former Northland drug boss serving jail time has been convicted of sexually abusing two young girls.
Max Beckham is currently serving a lengthy jail sentence for serious drug offending. He is due to be released in 2028. In the Whangarei District Court he was sentenced to two years and 10 months imprisonment for the ‘historic sexual offending’, said to have taken place when Beckham was in his 50s, and the victims were aged between 8 and 11.
Beckham’s sentence will be served concurrently.
