Police are seeking the driver of a van who witnessed a fatal crash in Dunedin at approximately 7.55am on Wednesday 16 November.
The crash took place on State Highway 1, just south of Leith Saddle, Pigeon Flat, Dunedin and involved a commercial truck and a white Mazda Demio.
The driver of the Mazda Demio – Patricia Brook, 75, of Wakari – died at the scene.
Police are seeking the driver of a white van who was seen travelling north behind the Mazda Demio.
The van was not involved in the crash, rather, Police would like to speak to the driver to assist in the Police enquiry.
