At around 1.35pm, emergency services responded to the incident involving a motorcycle and quad bike at an address on Kaipara Flats Road.
Sadly, one person died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit has completed a scene examination, and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
