French court acquits women who claimed Brigitte Macron was born male

Brigette Macron news

A French appeals court has overturned the defamation verdicts of two women who publicly claimed that French First Lady Brigitte Macron was born male, ruling that their statements fell within the bounds of free speech.

The case centred around claims made by journalist Natacha Rey and another woman, who alleged that Brigitte Macron was in fact Jean-Michel Trogneux, a man who had transitioned and later married President Emmanuel Macron. The accusations, first aired in online videos and widely circulated on social media, were denounced by Macron’s legal team as “defamatory and deeply harmful”.

However, the appeals court found that the statements, while provocative, were part of a broader expression of opinion and did not meet the threshold for criminal defamation. The ruling emphasised that the videos were published “in the spirit of free expression and debate,” and that the claims — no matter how outlandish — were not made with malicious intent or proven false beyond a reasonable doubt.

Rey, the central figure in the controversy, has since declared her intention to sue Brigitte Macron for alleged “fraud” during the proceedings.

The acquittal has also reignited online discussion, with some commentators, including media personalities Candace Owens and Piers Morgan, referencing past wagers made on the outcome of the case. In light of the decision Owens claims Morgan owes her a substantial sum — reportedly around $130,000 — if the defamation claims were not upheld in court.

  1. I don’t know about this whole every woman in power and prominence is a tranny thing, but Big Mike, the “wife” of the first gay president of the United States, definitely deserves some scrutiny.

  2. The curious case of Mrs Macron.

It’s now far beyond the point that anything surprises me regarding the sinister corrupt depraved activities of the so-called political ‘elite’.

  3. “…..were not made with malicious intent or proven false beyond a reasonable doubt.”

    Hmmmm isn’t that interesting…..

  4. I still have not seen a video with JM Trogneux and Brigitte Macron side by side. Easy proof to the contrary that they seem unable to produce?

  5. The fact that that Macron pulled Trump aside while existing the Whitehouse on July 1st just before Macron was to get into his car and asking Trump specifically to shut Candice Owens Up would be proof enough that Macron‘s wife is actually a dude. In Trump‘s own words Macron said to him that shutting Candice Owens up would be the prerequisite for Macron offering his support on a peace treaty between Ukraine and Russia. Not rocket science to find this info.

  6. The fact Bridgette hasn’t provided a photo of her and her brother together as children shows you that this story is probably true. There was always something incredibly off about ‘her’. Women with skinny little legs like that don’t have such large chests and that wig? Well that’s just nasty. Surely they could afford a better one? Or is it so bushy as to disguise’her’ face?

Either way who cares what it is, just stop lying about it.
