Mongrel Mob honorary life member Harry Tam has accused Labour leader Chris Hipkins of political hypocrisy after calling the $2.75 million gang-linked rehabilitation funding a “mistake”.
Tam’s consultancy, Hard 2 Reach, received the funding under the Ardern government while Hipkins was a minister. The programme continued while Hipkins was Prime Minister, with funding pulled in 2024.
Tam accused Hipkins of throwing Ardern “under the bloody bus” to win votes, while defending the programme as a response to drug addiction.
However, Tam admitted there was no cost-benefit analysis of its success.

A vote for Labour is a vote for the MOB. Same colours too.
Might once have been warriors before drugs welfare crime and when they were maori
An honest looking bloke if I ever did see one.
The $2.75 million gang-linked money laundering scheme masquerading as rehabilitation funding.
Look at all the counseling and rehab facilities, commissioned by the Family Court, to provide re-education, mainly to fathers, in order to be able to see their kids again.
Nothing short of a Gulag nightmare, this family- violence-, anti-social counseling is provided usually by ex-gang/iwi ‘professionals’ or individuals, who’d seriously need rehab themselves.
I’d throw her under a bus if I got the chance.
WOFL…..
Query. How many people do you have to assault, rob, rape, murder, pedal drugs to, blackmail, stork, time in prison, beat someone in prison to become a life member?
I assume a lifetime of it. Say 60 – 80 years.
So know one knows if all this money accomplished anything but its hypocrisy not to cough up more tax payer dollars, is that what I’m hearing?
I wonder how much of that 2.75 million jabcinta got come on morgrel mob spill the beans don’t tell half a story
Naughty Napkins the Traitor………….
“A response to drug addiction”
Is the money to provide more drugs to the addicted?
Great comment 🤣
No point throwing Ardern “under the bloody bus” – she’d just deny the existence of that bus.
No need to throw people under Number 30 buses (two explosions)

Sounds a bit like a biscuit
Rhymes with Tim
Emmanuel Macron is the President of France and is not related to biscuits, despite phonetic similarities to macaron and macaroon.
The confusion often arises because Macron’s wife, Brigitte, is from a family that owned a chocolatier in Amiens famous for Macrons d’Amiens, a regional almond, fruit, and honey biscuit.
The macaron is a delicate French almond meringue sandwich cookie, typically filled with buttercream, ganache, or jam.
In contrast, a macaroon is a denser, coconut-based confection.
While both pastries share linguistic roots with the Italian word for pasta (maccheroni), they are distinct culinary items with no connection to the French president.
Then there is Petro Poroshenko.
Petro Poroshenko (born 1965) is a Ukrainian politician and oligarch who served as the 5th President of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019.
Before entering politics, he built a fortune in confectionery, earning the nickname “Chocolate King” for his ownership of the Roshen candy company.
Who is basically Ukraine’s Willie Wonka.
