This decision will detrimentally affect Kim’s wife and children who will need to travel with a visitors visa to US to see him. It will undoubtedly make his legal costs, court bond costs and accommodation cost skyrocket, it will be excessive by comparison to NZ.

Paul Goldsmith has got rocks in his head if he doesn’t think the chopper raid on Kim’s home in Riverhead was unprecedented and political in nature as the US justice system can only apply political pressure to successfully extradite kim.
