A homicide investigation is underway following the discovery of a man’s body in Tauranga this morning.
Police were alerted to the scene around 8:45 a.m. after the man was found deceased on a walkway in Gate Pa, near St George Street.
One person is currently assisting police with their enquiries. Authorities are seeking information from anyone who may have been in the area overnight and witnessed anything unusual.
