Iran denies targeting Diego Garcia

Iran has rejected allegations that it launched ballistic missiles at the joint US-UK military base on Diego Garcia, insisting it was not responsible for any such attack.

A senior Iranian official stated that Tehran did not target the Indian Ocean installation, pushing back against claims that two missiles were fired toward the facility. The denial comes after reports suggested the base, which hosts around 2,500 personnel, had been the intended target of an early-morning strike over the weekend.

Iran’s response directly contradicts accusations from the United Kingdom, as tensions continue to rise following a series of retaliatory actions across the region.

  1. I suppose I should not be surprised about lies and propaganda from the media and governments especially after living through the covid scamdemic. The only difference with the latest lies about Iran is that they selectively favour the other end of the political spectrum than the previous covid scams. The purpose of the lies appear to be to consolidate the sheeple and identify those who don’t bleat.
