Liz Dotcom, a qualified legal professional, business degree holder, and mother, has officially announced her candidacy for the Freedom Party (Outdoors & Freedom).
Grounded in a commitment to restoring power to local communities, Liz is launching a campaign focused on establishing direct democracy and ensuring ordinary New Zealanders have the ultimate say in the decisions shaping their lives.
Admitted to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court, Liz brings an analytical approach to political advocacy. Her dual background in law and business provides her with a deep understanding of the institutional systems, regulatory frameworks, and economic forces that directly impact everyday families across New Zealand.
Liz’s push for direct democracy is driven by personal experience. After witnessing firsthand what she describes as systemic injustice and institutional overreach in the high-profile treatment of her husband, she became determined to reform government accountability.
“Every New Zealander deserves a genuine, unmediated voice in how our country is run,” says Dotcom. “As a mother raising a young child, I want to ensure we build a future where families can thrive under a system that works for the people, not around them. Real change happens when citizens, not central authorities, hold the ultimate authority over their communities and their future.”
Running on the Freedom Party platform, Liz will focus her campaign on:
-
Direct Democracy Initiatives: Empowering citizens to vote directly on major national and local policy decisions.
-
Institutional Accountability: Utilising legal and structural reform to protect civil liberties and individual rights.
-
Family & Community Thriving: Advocating for economic and social environments that support working families and local communities.
Liz will be meeting with voters and hosting community discussions in the coming weeks to outline the Freedom Party’s vision for a more transparent, citizen-led government.

This is excellent news, and I hope that it doesn’t have a negative effect similar to what happened to the Internet Party with KDC’s direct involvement.
This time around, a Kiwi lawyer, businesswoman and Mum has personally experienced the ills of the NZ ‘Just-us’ system against her husband, and is one of the few Kiwis who are standing up to the Zionist Government and our dreadful, if not horrible Attorney-General Goldsmith who is attempting to deport KDC under an extradition order to the U.S., where KDC’s life will be in danger!
I can only hope that Freedom and NZ Loyal will form a coalition and implement the support of each other’s political policies…
& the illegal presence of the FBI on New Zealand soil will come to an end, especially after the illegal raid on KDC’s home in Coatesville over 10 years ago.
The Internet Party actually did quite well, I’m not sure why they did not continue? Perhaps the unending persecution of Kim by our so called government? Yes it good news and I hope Freedom consider an alliance with others so they can get across the 5% theft-hold.
WTF is Kaipara ki Mahurangi?
its the name of the electorate thawas the old Rodney so warkworth Matakana etc
Direct Democracy is a viable system of government which would be transformational.
The alternative is more of the same, and the continuation of a downward spiral.
Pretty sure Gaddafi had a type of direct democracy system . Libyan people had a good standard of living before Killary ended Gaddafi. So sad really.
Direct democracy has its own problems, especially when large parts of the voting process are electronic, not done on a blockchain and easily tampered with.
And even if you get an honest vote… a lot of your fellow countrymen are profoundly stupid and hopelessly addicted to Mainstream Media. 2020 should’ve forever cemented that in for you.
And keep in mind also that all the thousands of “new kiwis” arriving daily are highly unlikely to ever vote against their own interests.
Direct democracy is a pipe dream you boomers need to let go of. It isn’t the answer. The REAL answer is something none of you have the stomach for, sorry to say.
I acknowledge that Direct Democracy is not a perfect system – nothing much is, but it would be far better than the current fake democracy party political system. I have a reasonable amount of faith in the intelligence of the public generally, although you are right about the addiction to legacy media. I suspect legacy media would change once the shackles of the fake democracy party political system are removed and they have to live or die by commercial success – or failure.
A one-party state similar to what China has (and I suspect is what you’re alluding to as being the REAL answer) has it’s own problems as demonstrated by numerous leaders throughout history.
Need more of these folks to re-enforce one and other with what institutional justice is. So justice for the innocent is correctly taken.
Crimes against humanity for public/private sector agents/sell outs of the NWO within NZ
Direct democracy means voting via referendum at a regional and national level on all the proposed legislation brought to parliament. ie. giving the actual voters a voice on all policy as opposed to their current small and usually ineffective voice on the policy makers.
Grandiose ideas and objectives
But I would say she will fail
Wishing her all the best and hope she gets a seat.
