Police have located a male deceased at a property in Highbury today.
“Emergency services were called to a Wilson Cres property at around 11:30am today, where a man was located unresponsive”, said Inspector Phil Ward.
“Police notified ambulance and immediately commenced first aid. Unfortunately this was unsuccessful, and the man was confirmed deceased a short time later.
“Enquiries are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
“A scene examination has been completed and the cordons on Wilson Cres have since been stood down.
“Police will continue to maintain a visible presence in the area in the coming days.
“There is no risk to the public following this incident.”
