A man who sexually violated his former partner and their infant son lashed out at Judge Bruce Davidson during his sentencing in the Wellington District Court, shouting profanities and denying the crimes.
Found guilty of sexual violation, assault, and child assault, the offender’s actions were described by the judge as “sadistic” and a “wholesale breach of trust.”
Police later found disturbing videos and images on his phone.
At the hospital, medical examinations confirmed that the mother and child had injuries consistent with sexual violation.
The judge noted his 23-year criminal history and that he was on parole during the offences.
Despite his lawyer citing a troubled upbringing, the man was sentenced to 15 years in prison with a minimum non-parole period of 10 years, and a protection order was issued for his victims.

Ernst Röhm was imprisoned and offered a pistol to commit suicide—but he refused, and was executed instead.
On July 1, SS officers entered his cell and offered him a pistol, giving him ten minutes to take his own life.
Röhm refused to commit suicide, reportedly saying, “If I am to be killed, let Adolf do it himself.”
After the time elapsed, SS officer Theodor Eicke and his adjutant Michael Lippert returned and shot Röhm dead.
This would be a good approach in dealing with filth like this.
Would save everybody a lot of problems money and resources.
Should have been drowned at birth.
It is all very well incarcerating these people
Because they are not fit to be in society
But the thing is they are not fit to return to society
And the problem persists
Had this occurred in the U.S. State of Florida under Governor Ron DeSantis, he would be facing a ‘for sure’ death penalty.

And need to be taken out of the equation
