Police are searching for two people after a man was shot dead in a Mt. Roskill house last night.
- At about 9.30pm Thursday two people burst into the house on Glass Road, Mt. Roskill and shot dead a man in his 20s following a short altercation.
- Two other occupants of the house were injured in the confrontation and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
- The offenders fled the scene and a manhunt for them is underway.
- Forensics are on site this morning investigating the crime scene.
- The house is owned by Kainga Ora.
- A large section of Glass Road is cordoned off.
