A mother of three in Christchurch was sentenced to nine months’ home detention after forming a consensual but illegal romantic relationship with her friend’s 15-year-old son, who had been reported missing multiple times due to family issues.
The woman, driven by loneliness and a traumatic past, including abuse and a suicide attempt, “fell in love” with the teen, with whom she discussed having children.
Despite the boy’s mother being aware of the relationship, concerns about his mental health prevented intervention.
Judge Jane Farish, acknowledging the woman’s mental health struggles, including PTSD, and her responsibilities as a single parent, opted against prison, citing no ongoing risk to minors.
The court noted the mutual dependence in the relationship, with no grooming involved, and granted name suppression to protect the victim’s identity and the woman’s children.
If it was a man, he’d be in jail.

Underage marriages are still going on globally, mostly for money & social status.
In certain parts of the U.S., close-knit families will marry second cousins, with the boy only a few years older than the girl.
One documented case out of Utah and another out of West Virginia had 20 year old ‘men’ marrying their 13 and 15 year old second cousins.
These unions produced an average of 3 children, and the marriages are still intact 20+ years later.
While the human brain is still not developed enough for the consequences for some of these activities, the female brain matures 7 years before the male brain does.
However, this also proves that marrying an underage ‘partner / spouse’ etc. has a higher survival rate marriage-wise due to the co-dependence and long-term commitments that are supported by extended families.
What is noteworthy is that most of these types of ‘underage’ unions usually do not rely on welfare benefits, as both partners are self-sustaining, usually working mainstream jobs, and most live outside of heavily populated areas.

If an older male (over age 18) dates a younger girl (considered to be a minor), and the girl becomes pregnant, then no doubt the courts will go after the male. However,
If the male marries the girl with parental permission, and provides for his age-difference family, and proves that he is in fact taking care of his younger spouse and children, then the courts should dismiss the pending sex-viloation charges and legal case.
IF a judgement entry is made under sex law violations, then those ‘violations’ should then be expunged from the record due to the historical support and cohesion of the family unit, as the proof of love, support and adherence to matrimonial law.

Many judges are beyond jokes. By their extreme gender bias they are active traitors to the soul of Godzone. The damage is severe, far reaching and long-lasting. Judges do know the ramifications of gender bias on society. It is truly one of the most insidious damages to any society, especially because it’s from within.

It goes further than that. Women are finding it difficult if not impossible to hook up with a high value man. The men are no longer interested in becoming victims of avaricious lazy women claiming property they never saved for or purchased.

My brother served in the RCAF, and was assigned in Germany for a bit. He was 23 years old.
He met a just-turned 15 year old German girl and they were married 7 months later, and she was still 15.
They have two gorgeous multi-lingual daughters, and they are dual-nationals (Canadian & German).
One started Uni last year, the other is finishing High School. Both are Honour Roll students.
My brother’s marriage is successful, whereas mine was not, and I married a Canadian woman who was 2 years older than me.
Lasted 3 years…but fortunately, no children to suffer the imposed political correctness, globalist agendas, and MK-Ultra brainwashing.
