Republican Ohio Governor candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has reportedly threatened voters with postcards that warn “everyone will know it’s your fault” if his rival, Democrat Amy Acton, wins on 3 November.
Voting records in Ohio are public. Ramaswamy has also been criticised by fellow Republicans for an ad in which the estranged mother of Acton called her a liar.
A Suffolk University poll found the ad drove seven of its respondents to Acton and only one to Ramaswamy, who now trails her 48% to 44%.
