A newly published peer-reviewed study has raised serious concerns about residual plasmid DNA contamination fragments detected in Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 “vaccines”, reporting levels in some cases far above regulatory thresholds.
The study, co-authored by molecular virologist David J. Speicher alongside DNA experst Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose, was announced this week as accepted for indexing on PubMed.
The study examined 32 vials from 16 vaccine lots using Qubit fluorometry and quantitative PCR. Results showed total DNA levels ranging from 371–1,548 ng/dose in Pfizer vials and 1,130–6,280 ng/dose in Moderna vials, significantly exceeding the residual DNA limits set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and World Health Organization (WHO) by up to 153-fold and 627-fold respectively when measured by fluorometry. Additionally, the SV40 promoter-enhancer sequence — an element associated with gene expression — was found only in Pfizer vials, with two lots surpassing regulatory limits twofold under qPCR testing.
Researchers warned that the presence of encapsulated DNA fragments within lipid nanoparticles, combined with high transfection efficiency, could present “significant and unquantified risks to human health.” While Moderna vials remained within limits under qPCR testing, all tested products contained detectable DNA contaimination. The findings underscore what the authors call an urgent need for greater scrutiny of manufacturing processes and more rigorous testing to ensure vaccine safety.

Having known for over 20 years that all NZ’s hospital libraries’ indices or indexing systems are provided by Big Pharma, I contacted one such medical librarian to ask why the above is simply not indexed on PubMed but is instead “accepted for indexing on PubMed”. After giving me some bull about awaiting peer-review, she finally said she didn’t know. She’s a devout pro-vaxxer who can’t find several peer-reviewed studies exposing the covid hoaxes on their NZ hospital databases.
Try telling the willing sheeple who took this its “unsafe”. They will “baaah” at you in indignation and rage, whilst staying completely indifferent and calm, to the fact, there were safer alternatives denied to them.
