Police have recovered the body of a woman who was found submerged inside their vehicle in the Manukau Harbour yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services responded to an incident near Coronation Road, Mangere Bridge, around 4.45pm, where a vehicle entered the water.
The National Police Dive Squad recovered the deceased from the vehicle late last night.
The vehicle was also recovered.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
