Samoan fashion designer shot dead at ‘No Kings’ protest in Utah

Arthur “Afa” Folasa Ah Loo, a well-known Samoan fashion designer living in Utah, was fatally shot during a “No Kings” protest in Salt Lake City.

Police say Ah Loo, 39, was an innocent bystander struck by a bullet after a man, Arturo Gamboa, ran toward the crowd with an AR-15-style rifle, prompting another individual—linked to the protest organisers—to fire three rounds in response.

Gamboa, who did not fire his weapon, has been arrested and charged with murder.

The shooter, who was wearing a high-visibility vest, is cooperating with authorities and has not been charged.

  1. Watch the tv1-3 news tonight if you can be bothered, they will spin it as being Trumps fault like they have over the last few nights. No mention last night on 3 that the person responsible for the previous shooting was a formerly on tampon tims staff, if he had been a republican it would have been headline news.

  2. “No Kings”?
Yanks would be better off with a King who could calm the White House instead of their insane election system!
