Shooting incident at Super Bowl victory parade in Kansas City

Multiple people were wounded following a shooting incident that occurred in Kansas City, Missouri, during celebrations for the Super Bowl victory parade, according to authorities.

The gunfire erupted to the west of Union Station, close to the location where a large crowd had assembled for the Wednesday parade festivities.

Although exact figures on the casualties are yet to be confirmed, a representative from the fire department informed the Associated Press that approximately eight persons were affected.

Authorities have reported the detention of two individuals found to be carrying weapons in connection with the incident.

Social media footage depicted a significant police presence converging on the bustling station area.

The incident marred the city’s festivities in honor of the Kansas City Chiefs’ triumph in Sunday’s Super Bowl.

  1. KC’s my hometown, I live here. Here and St. Louis have a large portion of “People of color.”
    These few people bring about the restrictive gun laws that affect 99% of good honest people who’ve done nothing!
