The man was sentenced to 9 years imprisonment.
The man’s lawyers indicated they intend to file an appeal against the convictions. Temporary name suppression will continue pending the outcome of the appeal.
Justice Rebecca Edwards said publishing the man’s name would ’cause a real risk of prejudice if a retrial is sought.’
The man was found guilty at a trial earlier this year of sexually abusing two teenage boys while they were asleep or unconscious.
In sentecing the man to a total of nine years, she declined to impose a minimum period of imprisonment.
