Sir Keir Starmer has announced he will step down as UK prime minister and Labour leader after losing the backing of a significant number of his own MPs, triggering a leadership contest that will determine Britain’s seventh prime minister in just ten years.

Speaking outside Downing Street, Starmer said he had informed King Charles III of his decision and would remain in office until a replacement is chosen. His resignation follows months of declining authority after Labour’s poor local election results and growing unrest within the parliamentary party.

Pressure intensified after former cabinet minister and Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham returned to Westminster with a decisive by-election victory, positioning himself as the frontrunner to succeed Starmer.

Labour’s National Executive Committee will begin the leadership process in July, with a new leader expected before Parliament returns in September. Other potential contenders include Wes Streeting. Starmer’s two-year tenure was marked by policy reversals, internal disputes and ministerial departures, while Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has already called for a snap general election amid Labour’s turmoil.

  1. Majority Western Nations have governments that don’t represent their citizens.

    Who counts the votes?

Get rid of the electronic voting machines or you will always have the establishment puppet win by 51% to 49%

The footprint of a stolen election is a close result.

  2. The UK’s demise under a left wing Labour Party will continue no matter who you put in No10. Illegals will still contaminate the country and their net energy fantasy will still wreck their economy like Germany.

  3. Labour’s National Executive sh*thole Committee will begin the process of searching for the least corrupted global puppet to be able to become more corrupted in order for the sheeple to forget the last corruption, with a new sh*t-stirrer expected before UK’s sell-out parliament returns in September.
Will Starmer face prosecution for enabling child sex abuse on a colossal scale?
Is a ‘snap election’ where the people snap politicians’ necks?

  4. Just look at the damage this prime minister has caused the UK. Uncontrolled immigration, violent criminals allowed into the nation. Special privileges for immigrants, free phomes, food and hotels. A wage for doing nothing. Rape, knife and machete attacks. Starmer will be the most hated man in the UK.

New Zealand has a three year term. United Kingdom has a five year term. Most people are aware The New Zealand parliamentarians want a four year term. Do not give it to them.

All I want for Christmas is the ability for citizens to be given referendum rights on legislation. Only then this country can call itself a democracy.

  5. Next selected Imperial Church Parliament puppet step up and take your place in representing the Imperial State Crown of Great Britain please.

  6. The gists on Andy Burnham’s wife is that she is Dutch.
    Andy is a Catholic….but-
I can find no info as to whether his wife is a Catholic or, (God Forbid..); J3WI$H!
Starmer’s wife is a J3w, and their kids are raised as such.
Starmer was a cuck under his J3wi$h wife’s control, hence the orchestrated problems in the U.K.

  7. Good riddance odious snivelling little man. However there should be a general election so the people can vote for their PM, instead of having an installed globalist puppet.
