Survivor of month-long torture and kidnapping ordeal awaits justice for captor Carlos Harris

Carlos Harris news
Carlos Harris (L), Kayla Pawa (R).

Kayla Pawa endured nearly a month of harrowing torture and captivity in Auckland and Northland at the hands of her kidnappers, who sought access to her partner’s cryptocurrency.

Pawa was subjected to brutal methods, including a blowtorch, gun threats, and being forced to dig her own grave.

Despite the captors’ relentless efforts to break her will, Pawa never yielded the desired information.

Her ordeal ended when she managed to escape from a car boot in Whangārei, leading to a high-profile manhunt.

One of her captors, Carlos Harris, a Nomads gang member, has pled guilty and awaits sentencing, facing up to 14 years in prison.

Other accomplices have pleaded not guilty and await trial.

  1. Why aren’t we utilising eugenic practices on these criminal vermin? They bring nothing positive to society or their community. Waste of skin & O2.

  2. Vicious. 14 years is not enough……someone this dangerous needs to be permanently removed from society……

  3. Why nz is hamstrung and can never be a nation
Just remain a mixed race country
Same goes for these crescent moon devil worshipers a pedophile movement fronting as a religion who declared war on nz’s sovereignty on the ides of march 2019 and who have no place in nz
