President Donald Trump announced a reduction in tariffs on Chinese imports following a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Busan, South Korea, where both leaders reached new understandings on fentanyl enforcement, agricultural trade, and rare-earth export limits.
Trump said the tariff rate would drop by 10 percentage points in exchange for Xi’s pledge to intensify efforts against fentanyl trafficking into the U.S. and resume purchases of American soybeans and other farm products. The two also agreed to a one-year pause on China’s planned rare-earth export restrictions, with a review scheduled next year.
The talks, described by Trump as “amazing,” aimed to ease ongoing trade and technology tensions between the world’s two largest economies.
Trump said the meeting produced a “framework agreement” to be renewed annually and announced reciprocal visits — his trip to China in April and Xi’s visit to the U.S. later in the year. Xi, for his part, emphasized that friction between great powers is “normal” but expressed optimism that the U.S. and China could “thrive side by side.” The meeting closed with both leaders signaling a thaw in relations after months of economic confrontation.
Trump has decimated US soy bean farmers
Too little too late for some
After receiving a $20 billion bailout from the U.S., Argentina removed export tariffs on soybeans.
This made their soy significantly cheaper, allowing them to sell 1.3 million tons to China—right as U.S. farmers began their harvest with zero Chinese orders.
China imposed a 20% tariff on U.S. soybeans, effectively shutting American producers out of their largest export market.
Instead, China turned to Brazil and Argentina for supply.
Trump’s foreign aid decisions—especially the Argentina bailout—have directly undermined U.S. farmers.
With bins full and no buyers, soybean prices have dropped below sustainable levels.
Farmers say they’d need prices above $20 per bushel to offset inflation and input costs.
Equipment, fertilizer, and fuel prices have surged.
Combined with low crop prices, many farmers are operating at a loss or barely breaking even.
Historic flooding and droughts have wiped out yields in key regions like Arkansas and Georgia. Logistical disruptions have further complicated exports.
Bankruptcies and Mental Strain: Farm bankruptcies in 2025 have already surpassed the total for 2024.
Many farmers report overwhelming frustration and uncertainty about their future.
Tariff Reductions and Talks: A recent meeting between President Trump and President Xi Jinping led to a 10% reduction in tariffs and a promise to resume soybean purchases.
However, it’s unclear how quickly or significantly this will help U.S. farmers.
Trumps knee jerk politics has done irreparable harm to US soy bean farmers who may never recover.
Taco man strikes again.
Get off the internet, Dad.
I told you CNN is bad for you.
I thought You had a bigger brain than that
Obviously I was suffering from a misapprehension
Other than that FO
What you’re suffering from is called TDS, friend.
Soy is gay and lowers testosterone. Those farmers should be growing beef instead.
Argentina has a populist president with policies in line with Trump’s and lots to trade. Making good deals with them is logical, remember that Trump was a businessman who made ten billion dollars before he became a politician – the guy knows what he’s doing.
And President “Kumala” would’ve been WAY worse for the farmers than the orange man, let’s not pretend otherwise.
Trump is the first person in decades to actually remotely challenge or stand up to Winnie the Pooh and his communist Monty Python skit posing as a government, which is sadly more than I can say for any of the weasels in Wellington over the last 30 years.
I’ll FO right after you do first 😉
Its worse than what I thought
Most soy beans exported to China are for pig feed
Nothing remotely to do with testosterone
Obviously that didn’t connect with the grey matter
Argentina’s economy is debatable depending on source
Like Trump being a good businessman
Who is destroying America from the inside out
You appear seriously deranged and out of touch with the reality
The mask has slipped

U.S. soybean farmers have been hit hard and decimated by a severe economic crisis in 2025—many are facing bankruptcy, unsold harvests, and collapsing export markets.
China Stops Buying: China, once the largest buyer of U.S. soybeans, has halted purchases entirely in retaliation for U.S. tariffs. Farmers report zero orders from China during peak harvest.
Lost Market Share: Analysts warn that the U.S. may have permanently lost its share of the global soybean market, as China turns to Brazil and Argentina.
Bankruptcies Surging: As of July 2025, farm bankruptcies already exceed the total for all of 2024.
Low Prices, High Costs: Soybean prices remain depressed, while input costs for fertilizer, fuel, and equipment have soared.
Climate Disasters: Historic flooding and droughts have wiped out yields in key regions like Arkansas and Georgia.
Argentina Bailout Controversy: The U.S. gave Argentina a $20 billion bailout, enabling it to flood the market with cheap soybeans—undercutting American farmers. Critics call this a “man-made crisis” caused by President Trump’s trade policies.
Farmer Frustration: The American Soybean Association and individual farmers are demanding urgent financial relief, saying the crisis is overwhelming.
Donald Trump himself has never declared personal bankruptcy, but several of his companies filed for Chapter 11 protection, and he relied on bailouts and restructuring to stay afloat. These corporate bankruptcies and failed ventures reveal a pattern of risk-taking, branding over substance, and strategic use of U.S. financial systems.
🏢 Trump’s Corporate Bankruptcies
Trump’s businesses filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy at least four to six times, depending on how entities are counted:
– Trump Taj Mahal (1991): Overleveraged and unable to meet debt obligations.
– Trump Plaza Hotel (1992): Filed for bankruptcy after failing to make loan payments.
– Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts (2004): Reorganized after accumulating $1.8 billion in debt.
– Trump Entertainment Resorts (2009): Filed again during the financial crisis.
These filings allowed Trump to renegotiate debt and shed liabilities while maintaining control or walking away with minimal personal loss.
💸 Bailouts and Financial Rescues
– Banks bailed out Trump’s Atlantic City casinos, fearing broader market disruption if they collapsed.
– Trump University ended in a $25 million settlement after fraud allegations, effectively a reputational bailout.
– Truth Social’s SPAC merger (via Digital World Acquisition Corp) raised $875 million despite listing Trump’s failed ventures in its filings.

US-Japan Rare Earth Minerals Deal
https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/world-trade/us-japan-rare-earth-minerals-deal/
So called rare earth elements are not rare but rare in concentrations except China
Does China want to finance US debt and provide rare earth elements to the US so the US can conduct war against it?
Rare earth facilities to process such take at least ten years to establish
Interesting too – China has been supplying drones and parts to Ukraine which it has now discontinued
And now favoring Russia
And blocking shipments to Baltic states

Jesus is told His brethren are outside
Matthew 12:49 “And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!”
Referring to the fact His real brethren were the ELOHEEM – origin heaven – in 3D as a small portion of their true selves the Holy spirit – a dichotomy – a spirit and a soul (In heaven a composite of YAHWAH God and the Holy spirit their Own individual unique identifying spirit) – in an Adamic White only blood and water flesh body origin earth
Jesus came only for the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel – the ELOHEEM or the Very ELECT
All of the disciples were Apostles – those sent – excepting Judas Iscariot who was an Edomite Jew Who Jesus chose to betray Him in order that prophecy be fulfilled to deliver the ELOHEEM out of the bondage of ‘the’ Death into redemption and the resurrection of eternal Life
John 6:70 “Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?”

The 40 billion $’s for a US bailout of the Argentine economy is likened to a drip for a terminally ill patient
Or a shot in the arm for a brief euphoria
A slow bleed out
The $40B U.S. bailout to Argentina under Milei can be seen as a slow intravenous infusion of liquidity, keeping the patient (Argentina’s economy) technically alive while deeper systemic decay continues
The bailout stabilizes currency and markets, but doesn’t cure Argentina’s chronic debt, poverty, or institutional fragility
Just as a drip relies on external fluids, Argentina’s economy is tethered to foreign capital, IMF prescriptions, and now U.S. political favor
Pharmakeia
The drip suggests medical attention, but may mask abandonment of deeper treatment—mirroring austerity’s optics of discipline while cutting vital services
It delays inevitable collapse, perhaps until after elections or geopolitical shifts, without resolving the underlying pathology
Mask of Deception: Framing bailout as triumph
Crown of Risk: U.S. taxpayers underwriting fragility
Harvest of Harm: Rising poverty amid macro success
Bypassed oversight and elite benefit
Milei is rumored to be related to Netanyahu
Another fake Wailing Wall Kike
Right up Trumps alley
