Witnesses have described the underwater craft as moving at extreme speeds, changing direction instantly, and even transitioning between water and air—abilities beyond known human technology.
Experts like author Kent Heckenlively and retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet told Fox News that such data points to either an unexplained phenomenon or hidden advanced technology, urging greater openness from U.S. defense agencies. Gallaudet has warned that unidentified objects entering American waters without official concern suggests a troubling lack of transparency.
