US State sues Pfizer over misleading COVID-19 jab ‘safe and effective’ claims

Pfizer legal news

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has filed a civil lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging that the pharmaceutical company misled the public by promoting its COVID-19 vaccine as “safe and effective,” in violation of the state’s Consumer Protection Act.

The state is seeking civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief for what it claims are misleading and deceptive statements in the vaccine’s marketing. Kobach’s complaint highlights concerns over the vaccine’s safety for pregnant women, its high rate of heart conditions, its effectiveness against variants, and its ability to prevent transmission.

The lawsuit asserts that Pfizer concealed crucial information regarding the vaccine’s safety for pregnant women and its association with heart conditions such as myocarditis and pericarditis. Kobach points to studies and reports indicating higher adverse event rates among pregnant women and claims that Pfizer was aware of these risks but failed to disclose them. Additionally, the lawsuit criticises Pfizer’s statements on the vaccine’s effectiveness against COVID-19 variants, arguing that data available at the time showed less than 50% efficacy. Kobach also challenges Pfizer’s claim that the vaccine prevents transmission, noting that the company later admitted it had not even studied this aspect.

Kansas is the first state to file such a lawsuit, with Kobach indicating that five other states, including Idaho, will soon follow with their own legal actions. The outcome of these lawsuits could influence further litigation in more states depending on Pfizer’s response.

The lawsuit adds another chapter to Pfizer’s long history of corporate fraud and corruption, with some experts predicting eventual jail time for the company’s top brass.

  1. Can we as a nation not sue Jabcinda for similar reasons she should be behind bars already, she was nothing more than a puppet for the wef./ globalists. Her Authoritarian style of politics is not wanted here in NZ or anywhere in the sane world.

  2. He may win against the puppets. But not against the puppet master(s) for they control all the money, all western armies, all banks, all industries, all communications, all police and all the highest courts.

Take out the puppet master(s) is the only way to restore proper governance.

  3. How many times have we heard he safe and effective stick…maybe its time people here, came together and sued too….Certainly we can expect nothing from the corrupt govt, in NZ…..

  4. Yeah I live in this area, share a major metropolitan city. There’s no love for DC, Bill Gates or big pharma in the Midwest.
