Right to Life asks the Prime Minister: Why is he, his government and parliament still in denial about the torture and killing of unborn New Zealanders in the care of the state?

Right to Life believes and hopes that a future Prime Minister will make a public apology for the torture and killing of hundreds of thousands of our precious children in their mother’s womb. This Prime Minister will not be able to say “we did not know” because among others, Right to Life has been a passionate vocal advocate and voice for the voiceless unborn and their mothers for nearly 50 years.

Shamefully our politicians have chosen, with the support of the media, to ignore our voice and have continued the war against women,the unborn and the family. A nation that kills its own children has no future and incurs the wrath of God.

Since 1978 more than 600,000 innocent and defenceless unborn children have been tortured and violently killed in the care of the state, by being poisoned, scraped out of their mother’s womb or violently dismembered, with their arms, legs and head ripped from their body. Each one of these children was a unique and unrepeatable miracle of God’s loving creation sent here to bless our nation. They were defenceless and had an inalienable right to life and a right to be respected and protected by the state. Their torture and killing was authorised and funded by the state as “health care”.

On 12th November 2024, Prime Minister Christopher Luxon made a moving and genuine public apology to the nation for the torture which was inflicted on 200 children at the Lake Alice Psychiatric Hospital in the 1970s. He said: ”it was horrific, it was heart-breaking, it was wrong”.

He made a solemn commitment: “We must do all we can to prevent abuse happening in the future” by firstly acknowledging the abuse which had occurred.

Right to Life believes that until the Prime Minister acknowledges the appalling torture of unborn children in abortions in the care of the state, we will continue to experience the torture of born children in the care of the state.

Respect and protection for the right to life of children begins in the womb at conception.If we lose respect for the unborn, then we will also lose respect for the born child.

In the 1970s the government refused to accept that children were being tortured in state care.

Since 1978 our governments have refused to accept that unborn children were being tortured and killed in the care of the state.

Right to Life makes no apology for speaking up in defence of our unborn and their precious mothers, who are suffering from the torture inflicted on them by the state in its care.

We will not be silenced until the extremist Abortion Legislation Act 2020 is repealed.

Growing bananas in NZ opinion

(Not that fund raising thing for kids but actually growing bananas at home.)

I remember years ago when one of the house plant nurseries put out Lady Finger Type banana plants to have as house plants.

Not likely to flower and fruit indoors unless in a conservatory situation with ample sunlight onto the plant.

Bananas are easy to grow and are fairly hardy, so they will do alright in many parts of New Zealand with a little care and right situation.

I have heard suggested that after they flower and have set fruit you can help the development and ripening by putting the bunch into a plastic bag tied at top where the bunch is connected to the parent plant.

I have grown them in Palmerston North in containers and here in open ground in Marton.

Going into winter when I sprayed all my more tender plants with Vaporgard I forgot about my banana plant and on the first good frost it took out the foliage and a young pup plant growing from the base.

I was recently happy to see that a new green leaf is starting to form from the top and around the base many pups are developing. All good signs that it is alive and well.

Bananas have lovely big leaves that unfortunately get shredded in the wind, spoiling their appearance from exotic to tatty.

A few months ago a nursery from up northland contacted me asking about stocking Wallys products in their shop. I had not come across this nursery previously so looked up their web site.

Located just 15 minutes from central Whangarei, Land of the Lotus has bananas for sale (plants and fruit), pineapples, other tropical fruit plants and lotus.

Having thought I had lost my banana plant here was an opportunity to replace.

The web site says: Our banana stems are growing everywhere from the Far North to Invercargill! It’s completely possible to grow bananas in New Zealand although you may have to do it in a greenhouse if you are further south.

We can advise you on the best varieties to plant.

At Land of the Lotus we have a boutique collection of different varieties of bananas, and we specialise in rare and unusual plants.

Come for a visit and walk in amongst the plantation areas – many who have been overseas say it’s like walking through a plantation in Asia! Ask us about the different types available – we ship all over New Zealand.

I did I asked for a list which was emailed to me and the range of banana types was very impressive.

So I asked my Filipino partner to choose ones she knows best from the Philippines of which 3 types were selected; Lakatan, Pisang Raja and Saba.

They arrived last week along with planting instructions.

The instructions said if planting into a container it should be at least 10 litres in size.

Well having a few 200 litre drums (which the Neem Oil I buy from India comes in) they would be a great cut in half making 100 litre containers.

I have used the same in the past for fruit and citrus trees and being made of a thick tough plastic they will last for several years before starting to break down in sun light.

Check around, used they can be obtained free sometimes or for up to $50.00 each. See Trade Me.

After cutting in half with a electric Jig Saw, I then drilled some 50mm holes at the cardinal points about 50mm up from base leaving a reservoir for water at the bottom of the drum about 50mm deep.

Do not think of having bottom draining holes as they are no good for draining on a flat surface like concrete.

If on soil then the roots will find their way out of the bottom drainage holes and you end up with a big tree that cant be moved without cutting the roots that have got into the ground.

That can be alright if you want to have as a permanent feature in that spot.

The instructions said fill container with rich compost or if planting in open ground a hole not less than 250 mm deep. Or sufficient so only the top of the stem shows.

Filling around the plant with rich compost or untreated sawdust.

In my case I took my favourite compost and put that in the bottom of the drum filling to about half full. Then off to my hen house which was due for a muck out of chicken manure.

A good layer of this was added on top of compost along with some BioPhos, Ocean Solids and Unlocking your soil. Bananas are gross feeders having a shallow root system which can reach up to 1.5m radius around as the clump forms.

Later on a liquid manure tea would be a nice way to feed them over the years.

Keeping the plants weed free and well mulched is the secret to success.

They also suggest that creating a circle of banana plants around a compost heap which can provide the best fruiting conditions.

One on the interesting aspects of gardening is the challenge of growing something that is, because of your conditions and weather, is not easy to do so.

When you are successful in beating the elements you have a great reward in doing something many could not do.

Contact Land of Lotus and obtain a list of plants available, if you have a water feature or lake then a Lotus plant or two maybe worth a go.

Pineapples are very hardy and easy to grow the challenge is to obtain the flower and fruit.

A Christmas present for a keen gardener could be a banana plant you have potted up into a bucket size container for them to grow out doors or in a larger container.

There is ample time to have it ready to give just before Christmas.

France greenlights Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russia

Paris places no “red lines” on its support for Kiev, Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot has said.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot has said that Ukraine may use French missiles to attack targets in internationally-recognized Russian territory, without confirming whether such strikes have already taken place.

In an interview due to be broadcast by British state broadcaster the BBC on Sunday, Barrot said that Paris does “not set and express red lines” on its support for Kiev, and that long-range strikes on Russian soil may be carried out by Ukraine “in the logics of self-defense.”

France has provided Ukraine with an unknown number of SCALP-EG cruise missiles, which Kiev has already been using to attack targets in Crimea and the four former Ukrainian regions that joined the Russian Federation in 2022. The SCALP-EG, known as the Storm Shadow in the UK, is an air-launched British-French cruise missile with a maximum range of 550km (390 miles).

Barrot’s comments came a day after the Ukrainian military confirmed that Storm Shadow missiles were used for the first time in an attack on Russia’s Kursk Region, where Ukrainian troops launched a cross-border invasion in August. Russian air defenses shot down two of the British missiles, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Last weekend, US President Joe Biden reportedly authorized Ukraine to use American-made ATACMS ballistic missiles in long-range strikes on Kursk Region. Within days of Biden’s decision, which has not been officially confirmed by the White House, Russian air defenses intercepted five ATACMS missiles over Bryansk Region, the Defense Ministry in Moscow said. Another one of the American-made missiles was damaged and fell on a military site, the ministry added.

French President Emmanual Macron said in May that he would consider authorizing the use of SCALP-EG missiles on targets deep inside Russia. Earlier this week, Barrot told reporters that Macron remained open to the idea. His comments to the BBC mark the first time that a French official has confirmed that Ukraine may use the missiles for long-range attacks on Russia.

Barrot did not confirm whether such attacks have already taken place.

Russia responded to last week’s ATACMS and Storm Shadow strikes by attacking a military industrial facility in the Ukrainian city of Dnepropetrovsk with a new ballistic missile. The nuclear-capable hypersonic missile called the Oreshnik rained down multiple warheads on the facility at lightning speed, and will be mass produced and incorporated into Russia’s arsenal in the coming months, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Putin accused the US and NATO of deliberately escalating the conflict, and declared that Russia will achieve all of its military objectives regardless of which weapons systems Kiev uses. Further attacks with Western weapons will result in retaliatory strikes on targets of Moscow’s choosing, he said in a televised speech on Thursday, concluding: “make no mistake: there will always be a response.”

The waka ama world is in mourning following the sudden passing of Kiwi Campbell, a celebrated paddler, coach, and board member of Waka Ama New Zealand.

A cornerstone of the Horouta Waka Hoe Club in Gisborne, Campbell was twice named Māori Sports Coach of the Year and inducted into Waka Ama New Zealand’s Hall of Fame for her immense contributions to the sport.

Tributes have poured in, highlighting her dedication to youth, her formidable strength, and the legacy she leaves behind for paddlers, coaches, and the wider community.

“There are so many ways to describe Kiwi, she was exceptional in the true sense of the word. She was formidable, her strength and determination unsurpassed and core to her success. Kiwi will leave a legacy for all those she paddled with, coached, mentored and befriended. We have all been enriched by her presence in our waka ama whānau,” Wakaama posted on Facebook.

Campbell’s death was described by family as “sudden and untimely”. A coroner was to examine her body on Saturday night, according to a report in legacy media.

She is survived by husband Bruce and sons Mairangi and Maia.

Fatal crash SH30, Kinleith

One person has died following a crash involving two motorbikes on Ongaroto Road / SH 30, around 2km west of Tram Road, Kinleith.

Emergency services responded to the scene at around 12:45pm on Saturday.

One person was located in a critical condition however resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and they died at the scene. A second person was transported to hospital in a moderate condition.

The Serious Crash Unit has conducted a scene examination and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.

The road was closed while emergency services attended and has now re-opened.

Fatal crash on SH2 Waiotahe

One person has died and others have been injured following a crash involving three vehicles on State Highway 2, Waiotahe, Opotiki.

Emergency services responded to the crash at around 2pm on Saturday.

One person died at the scene. One person was transported to Tauranga Hospital with serious injuries, another person was transported to Waikato Hospital with serious injuries and a further two people were transported to Whakatane Hospital with moderate injuries.

The Serious Crash Unit has conducted a scene examination and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.

The road was closed while emergency services attended and has now re-opened.

The Bishnoi gang, India’s new interstate mafia, is led by a man in jail who recruits via social media, controls 700 shooters around the country, and has ordered hits in North America.

In November 2024, the police in Bahraich, a district situated on the India-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh (UP), arrested three and detained over half a dozen young people in connection with the high-profile murder of Mumbai politician Baba Siddiqui.

The victim, a three-time state legislator and former minister, was associated with Bollywood actor Salman Khan.

The notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder on social media. A post allegedly by an associate of the gang read: “We do not have any enmity with anyone but whoever helps Salman Khan… keep your accounts in order.”

The suspected killers are young men from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who were reportedly employed at a scrap dealer’s shop in India’s financial capital, Mumbai. The police’s Special Task Force discovered that the Bishnoi gang meticulously selected them based on their social media activity.

While gangster culture in India has a long history, it had seen a lull in violence for at least a decade until 2022, when Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala was murdered. The Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility. Since then, Balkaran Brar, who is better known as Lawrence Bishnoi and is currently in jail, has gained notoriety.

He reportedly took the name ‘Lawrence’ during his school years, following the recommendation of his aunt, who felt the name sounded better as he was born with a fair complexion. He’s been both embraced and vilified in the popular discourse.

Some regard him as a modern-day revolutionary, while others label him a common criminal. Some admire him for issuing threats to Bollywood actor Salman Khan, claiming that he is a man of principles; and many consider him a modern-day revolutionary like Bhagat Singh, believing that he is fighting Khalistan separatists who want a separate homeland in South Asia for Sikhs, but who are more active abroad than in India.

Before Lawrence, the only big mafia names in northern India were men like the late Atiq Ahmad and the late Mukhtar Ansari, both of whom later turned to politics. Ahmad was shot dead from close range in police custody by young criminals while being escorted for a medical checkup in the northern Indian city of Prayagraj in 2023.

Former UP Police Chief Vikram Singh believes that a lot has changed in the recruitment of criminals ever since the internet became cheaper.

“Earlier, from what I heard during interrogation, wannabe criminals approached mafias for their clout,” Singh told RT.

“They first became a part of the mafia cavalcade and then their bodyguards. During this transition newcomers were tested by being assigned smaller crimes like making ransom phone calls, issuing threats, assaults, kidnapping, etc. The bigger tasks of execution and gang war were only assigned to those who were close after proving their mettle and gaining the confidence of the mafia.”

“There are many examples like the late Sanjeev Maheswari alias Sanjeev Jeeva, who was once the closest aide of Mukhtar Ansari,” Singh said. “He rose through the ranks to become one of the most notorious criminals from being a driver.”

The former top cop added that gangs and their members now keep a close eye on social media.

“The tendency is now to pick people who have a criminal mindset, want to dominate in their respective regions and, most importantly, these gangs want to see how far a person can go,” he said. “Take the scrap vendors who killed Baba Siddiqui. They posted several reels and snaps on social media in which they bragged that they wanted to be criminals, flaunting guns, etc.”

In September 2023, less than a day after India’s premier investigation agency put separatist Sukhdool Singh on its most wanted list, he was killed in a shootout in Winnipeg, Canada. Bishnoi’s gang claimed responsibility, calling its target a “drug addict” who was “punished for his sins.”

A Washington Post report claimed that National Security Adviser Ajit Doval held a secret meeting with his Canadian counterpart in Singapore, where they discussed Bishnoi’s alleged involvement in the killing of Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.

Nijjar was shot and killed on June 18, 2023 in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. He was linked to Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the leader of the banned separatist group Sikhs for Justice. New Delhi has strongly denied allegations of involvement in the assassinations, insisting that Canada has failed to provide substantial evidence for its accusations.

Lawrence Bishnoi was born in 1993 and is a member of the Bishnoi community in Rajasthan, which reveres nature and animals. It has a longstanding feud with film star Salman Khan dating back to 1998, when Khan was accused of killing two black bucks (an endangered species) during an illegal hunting trip in Rajasthan while shooting for a film. This animosity resurfaced in April 2024 when two gang members were arrested for firing at Khan’s residence in Mumbai.

A retired police chief of India’s largest police force met Bishnoi in jail and described him as “rebellion in nature.” Rather than seeking to reform himself, Bishnoi formed a powerful network of gangsters, including hundreds of shooters around the country, with the help of his mentor, Rocky Fuzilka, another significant criminal figure.

This former police officer (who wished to remain anonymous) believed that Bishnoi was quietly receiving political patronage and that this is one of the main reasons behind the rise of Bishnoi’s network and his fame, both nationally and internationally. He stressed the need to investigate the authorities of the jail in which Bishnoi is held to ascertain how he is making the network bigger day by day.

India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) has characterized Bishnoi as the leader of a 700-member criminal organization with recruits reportedly being lured through social media. A co-accused’s confessional statement to the NIA revealed that the gang uses platforms to showcase criminal activities, attracting prospective members who reach out to join.

“The gang recruits new members through social media. The gang used to post criminal/terrorist activities on social media and after watching this type of post, fresh persons would contact the gang to join. Thereafter, the gang scrutinized the requests received through social media and shortlisted the requests as per our requirements,” the co-accused said.

In response to the growing influence of gangster culture among young people, the UP police initiated operations to monitor social media postings related to criminal activity.

Dr. Krishna Dutt, a retired clinical psychologist from King George Medical University in the UP’s capital, Lucknow, highlighted multiple factors driving young people toward crime, including glamorization through movies and social media, as well as a desire for recognition and dominance.

“We have a long history of gangs and how they have influenced our youngsters,” Dutt said. “In the early 90s, after the movie Khalnayak, every third person began flaunting long hair and there was a rise in local crimes. Movies were one factor driving youngsters towards crime.

“Now in this technologically advanced society, all displays of dominance and pseudo-machismo are effortlessly done through social media,” Dutt said. “You can easily find young boys and even girls showing off country-made weapons, beating up people, etc. A hunger for attention is another factor. And then, youngsters are nowadays influenced by real gangsters. The glorification of these gangsters leads to people being attracted to crime.”

This trend is a matter of concern, and as reactions spread across the country, the police in Pune, Maharashtra (in western India) have stepped up the monitoring of social media accounts after incidents involving threats linked to the Bishnoi gang.

Deputy Inspector General Vipin Mishra has suggested strict regulations on social media, arguing that the government should consider banning it for children under the age of 12 to combat the spread of criminal behavior among the youth.

“The intersection of social media and organized crime presents an unprecedented challenge for India,” Dutt said.

“When economically vulnerable youth see a criminal commanding a massive following from behind bars and orchestrating international operations through social media, it creates a dangerous aspirational model. We’re not just fighting crime anymore – we’re fighting an entire digital ecosystem that transforms local criminals into celebrated figures, making traditional law enforcement methods increasingly obsolete.”

The Russian leader’s “restraint” is the only thing that can stop WW3 until Trump returns to the White House, Jimmy Dore has said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin should continue exercising “restraint” in his responses to the US-led proxy war against Russia waged by the Kiev regime, Jimmy Dore, political commentator and host of the Jimmy Dore Show, has warned. According to the progressive pundit, it is imperative that Putin wait until US president-elect Donald Trump returns to the White House in January before making decisions that could kick-start World War III.

In an interview with Going Underground host Afshin Rattansi broadcast on RT on Saturday, Dore was commenting on the latest decision by outgoing US President Joe Biden’s administration to greenlight Kiev’s use of long-range US-supplied weaponry for strikes on undisputed Russian territory. Moscow sees the US decision as an escalation that makes the US a direct party to the fighting. Remarking on the situation earlier this week, Vladimir Putin said that the “regional” Ukraine conflict has now “assumed elements of a global nature,” and warned of a backlash if tensions escalate further.

“Joe Biden and the neo-cons in his administration have been constantly escalating war… What they’re trying to do is start a war that Donald Trump can’t stop,” Dore said, warning that the end-result of their actions could be a new world war.

“The only hope we have is that Putin shows restraint, that he is the only adult in the room and that he can hold off somehow until Donald Trump becomes president,” he stated. Trump will be inaugurated in late January and has pledged to swiftly end the Ukraine conflict upon assuming office.

“That is why the establishment hate Trump… why they accused him non-stop of being a traitor and working with Putin – it was the only card they had to play, because he got elected on ending our foreign regime-change interventionist wars,” Dore said.

“Trump is not a warmonger… He likes to find deals. He might be corrupt, but he’s New-York-city-real-estate-corrupt, not neo-con-warmongering-kill-people-for-money-corrupt,” the pundit claimed. Dore suggested that together, Putin and Trump would be able to bring an end to the Ukraine conflict, but cautioned that things could go wrong if the current US administration continues to take steps to escalate it.

“Putin is a rational actor, but you never know how much NATO, Joe Biden and his neo-con administration is going to poke the bear,” Dore added.

Scott Bennett was a former US Army psychological warfare officer and RT commentator. In 2023 he visited Donbass, where he filmed a documentary about his experience, entitled Frontline Diary of an American Officer.

During that time, Bennett researched Ukraine’s use of Western weapons to commit crimes against humanity.

Bennett passed away on Friday at age 53, from pancreatic cancer, before he had a chance to present this report on Ukrainian atrocities in Russia’s Belgorod Region to the US Congress.

BE ADVISED, you are hereby served legal notice, that Scott Bennett has firsthand knowledge of these facts, and has personally witnessed and documented the illegal, unconstitutional, and immoral appropriation and application of weapons, finances, and personnel provided by the United States Government, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, and Germany in the above mentioned cities and regions and other areas of Ukraine-Russia.

BE ADVISED, weapons, financing, and personnel provided by the United States government to the government of Ukraine, and specifically its Zelensky regime (which is no longer the lawful government authority of Ukraine as of June 2024), are being used in violation of the Constitution and laws of the United States of America.

Consequentially the Biden Administration and the United States Congress and the U.S. military are therefore unlawfully and making the United States government and its people a legally culpable party to international war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other violations of domestic and international law as a result of this criminal activity. This government imposed unlawful culpability places American citizens in a vulnerable legal position where they may be arrested, prosecuted, imprisoned, and executed as supporters of terrorism.

BE ADVISED, this sworn affidavit/ jurat by Scott Bennett—which is an exhibit for all legal actions in this complaint, investigation, and case—establishes and declares to all parties within the United States Government and military, and the citizens of the United States and the several states, that the following has occurred and is currently occurring as a result of the criminal misuse of American resources:

Non-military targets and civilian personnel (mainly mothers, children, and the elderly) are being intentionally and systematically targeted, fired upon, and destroyed by NATO, U.S., Polish, French, and Ukrainian personnel and weapon systems operating as allies and/or agents of the United States, operating under the auspices of “supporting Ukraine’s Zelensky regime and agenda”.

BE ADVISED, this sworn affidavit/ jurat by Scott Bennett, establishes and declares to all parties within the United States Government and military, and the citizens of the United States and the several states, that the following has occurred and is currently occurring as a result of the criminal misuse of American resources:

Non-military targets are being attacked, irreparably damaged or destroyed, and civilians are being intentionally murdered as a result. Several female victims and eyewitnesses of these criminal acts have been interviewed by Scott Bennett on camera about this, and these interviews and testimony and evidence demands an immediate Congressional hearing and investigation about this matter in order to immediately and without delay issue corrective declarations and actions by the United States Government and military, and compel its allies to immediately acknowledge and take corrective action within their own respective governments and military.

The following civilian infrastructure are being intentionally targeted and destroyed by U.S. supplied weapons and personnel: Schools, kindergartens, libraries, businesses, senior citizen pension offices, civilian apartments and housing complexes, vehicles are being targeted, damaged or destroyed as a result of this heinous corruption.

Personnel in the Biden Presidential Administration have intentionally engaged in the above mentioned activities. These persons include, but are not limited to: President (sic) Joe Biden; Victoria Nulland; Anthony Blinken; Jake Sullivan, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer; Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell; Senator Lindsey Graham; House Speaker Mike Johnson; and other names that are forthcoming.

BE ADVISED, in addition to the above mentioned crimes and actions, pets and animals of the human beings being victimized, have also been targeted for destruction, in violation of rules relating to the “safety and ethical treatment of animals”, and other the international rules relating to the husbandry of Animals.

BE ADVISED, chemical weapons are being deployed through drones and other delivery systems, and used against civilian personnel. These drones are being deployed and directed by Ukrainian personnel and their allies, using “STARLINK” internet services provided by Elon Musk (CEO of “X”, formerly known as Twitter). BE ADVISED, Scott Bennett has undertaken this investigation at great danger to his own life and property and rights, and has received death threats and threats of violence against him by Ukrainian personnel, government and media, as well as from those operating as American, NATO, and other elements and agents claiming to advance and support and defend the interests and/or agenda of the United States, the European Union, and NATO (North Atlantic Treaty organization) including British, German, French, and other circles.

BE ADVISED, you are hereby served legal notice that any attempts to initiate any hostile communications or acts, threats, coercion, intimidation, violation of rights, arrest, confinement, interrogation, questioning, confiscation of property, or other actions against Scott Bennett, either by the U.S. government or other, will be construed as both a violation of Scott Bennett’s inherent rights, protected by the United States of America, the California Constitution, and international law; and Scott Bennett reserves the right to take any legal action against any party, person, organization, or government involved in such action against him, including all members of the United States Government, military, and its allies.

BE ADVISED, Scott Bennett files this report as a whistleblower, and demands to testify about this matter to Congressional authorities and international bodies immediately.

BE ADVISED, any attempt to conceal or distort this matter, and any failure by any United States Government agency or agent to provide all protections to Scott Bennett and acknowledge or investigate this matter will be interpreted as a malicious and intentional act off seditious conspiracy and treason against the United States of America, and other international crimes.

BE ADVISED, you have ten (10) days to provide written receipt and acknowledgement of this whistleblower report, and provide the following response:

1) The date and time of a Congressional hearing on this matter, which Scott Bennett demands to be made a “public hearing” and open to all U.S. and international citizens and media;

2) The immediate corrective actions and official government communications to cease and desist the current violations of law being committed by the United States government, its military, and its intelligence services;

3) The individual agencies and members of the United States’ Congress, military, and intelligence agencies which will be notified of this whistleblower report and official investigations that will result from this whistleblower report;

4) Guarantee (legally binding) of non-prosecution for any materials communications disclosed, also known as “non-prosecution agreements” by all US and international law-enforcement agencies.

Jon and Carie Hallford, owners of the Return to Nature Funeral Home in Colorado, pleaded guilty to 191 counts of corpse abuse after authorities discovered nearly 200 decomposing bodies stacked in squalid conditions at their facility.

Prosecutors described bodies left on gurneys, piled on the ground, and even infested with maggots and rats.

Families of the deceased, some present during the guilty plea, expressed outrage at the couple’s actions.

Crystina Page, whose son’s body was among the remains, described to Fox News the emotional toll of discovering he was left in such horrific conditions for four years. The Hallfords also faced charges of theft and money laundering for misusing $882,300 in COVID relief funds, spending it on personal luxuries, but these charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

Under the agreement Jon Hallford faces up to 20 years in prison while Carie Hallford could serve 15–20 years, though some families argue the punishment is too lenient.

The bodies, dating back to 2019, were discovered after neighbours reported a foul smell emanating from the building.

Investigators in hazmat suits found conditions so severe that many remains could not be identified.

The gruesome case has led Colorado to tighten funeral home regulations. Sentencing is scheduled for April, with a possibility the deal could be rejected and the case go to trial.

On a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience the podcaster criticised “liberal” media outlets for their declining audiences, attributing the exodus to a lack of credibility and extreme bias.

Citing a recent op-ed by Jeff Bezos about Americans’ eroding trust in the news, Rogan noted that outlets like CNN and MSNBC have seen their ratings “crash” post-election.

He argued that their failure to present diverse viewpoints has driven viewers away.

“All these left-wing kooks on YouTube are hemorrhaging subscribers,” Rogan remarked.

He added, “People are speaking with their subscriptions and their purchasing of the Washington Post and the New York Times,” rejecting what he described as an echo chamber disconnected from reality.

Rogan also highlighted a recent New York Times fact-check on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s claims about artificial ingredients in breakfast cereal, which he found emblematic of media incompetence.

The fact-check, Rogan said, bizarrely labelled RFK Jr.’s assertion incorrect while admitting the cereal in the U.S. contains harmful chemicals banned in Canada.

“You’re saying something that’s nuts,” Rogan exclaimed, calling out the media’s ideological motivations. He joked that their actions seem so irrational that it feels like they are “secretly working for the Chinese.”

Rogan warned that such behaviour is alienating audiences and further eroding trust in mainstream media, asking, “What are you trying to do? Remove all leftover credibility?”
