All Blacks assistant coach Jason Holland has announced he will leave his role at the end of the 2025 season, informing head coach Scott Robertson after the team’s Bledisloe Cup win in Perth.
Holland, who oversees the set-piece attack and backs, will remain with the side for its upcoming northern hemisphere tour against Ireland, Scotland, England, and Wales.
The former Hurricanes coach said the decision followed reflection on his career direction and desire for new challenges.
Robertson praised Holland as a “fantastic coach and great man,” noting he remains fully committed to finishing the season strongly as the team targets a Grand Slam. Holland is the second departure from Robertson’s original coaching lineup, following Leon MacDonald’s exit last year.
