The Blues will face the Queensland Reds in a trans-Tasman Anzac Day fixture during Super Round in Christchurch, with the match to be played at the new One NZ Stadium.
The game will also feature the awarding of the Sellars Dixon Medal to honour the Anzac spirit. The Blues have made several lineup changes, including a first start for Ben Ake and Kade Banks, while Pita Ahki returns to midfield and Stephen Perofeta is back from injury on the bench.
