Jack Bostock scored four tries in a dominant display as the Dolphins crushed the Cowboys 4-58 in Townsville, launching themselves into the NRL top eight.
Bostock’s performance, including a long-range intercept try, capped a third consecutive win by over 36 points, a feat matched by only five other teams in NRL history.
With seven wins from their last ten games under Kristian Woolf, the Dolphins’ red-hot attack was again led by halves Isaiya Katoa and Kodi Nikorima, while Herbie Farnworth extended his try-scoring streak to a club-record eight games.
The Cowboys, plagued by injuries and forced positional reshuffles, were outclassed and have now lost five of their last six.
