Tyson Fury has called for a third fight with Oleksandr Usyk in November after claiming Anthony Joshua is backing away from their planned all-British heavyweight clash.
Fury and Joshua have reportedly signed individual contracts for the long-awaited bout, but an official announcement has been delayed amid disagreement over the venue, with organisers favouring the United States while Joshua is understood to prefer Wembley Stadium.
In a strongly worded Instagram video, Fury accused Joshua of pulling out and said the situation had left him searching for another opponent. Turning his attention to Usyk, who defeated Fury twice and is now working with Joshua’s training team, Fury acknowledged the Ukrainian’s previous victories before challenging him to another meeting.
“Let’s run it back in November. The ball is now in your court,” Fury said, asking Usyk whether he wanted to fight again in 2026 or “call it quits.” Fury added that he was “now looking for a new opponent.” Sela, Queensberry Promotions and Matchroom Boxing declined to comment when asked by BBC Sport whether negotiations for the Joshua fight had broken down.
