Manly crush Penrith 26-10 as Panthers sink to bottom of NRL ladder

Manly v Penrith 2025 news

Penrith’s NRL season plunged further into crisis as they slumped to the bottom of the ladder following a 26-10 defeat to Manly at CommBank Stadium.

Despite a brief second-half fightback, the Panthers were overwhelmed by a revitalised Sea Eagles side led by Tom Trbojevic, Haumole Olakau’atu, and Daly Cherry-Evans.

Manly dominated early, building a 14-0 halftime lead, before sealing the match with two late tries.

Penrith’s frustrations mounted amid a flurry of penalties, sin bins, and missed opportunities, leaving the reigning four-time premiers with just two wins from eight games.
