Tennis legend Rafael Nadal was honoured in an emotional farewell ceremony at Roland Garros, joined by fellow members of the sport’s iconic “Big Four” — Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, and Andy Murray.
The event marked Nadal’s official send-off from the French Open, where he won a record 14 titles.
Held on Court Philippe Chatrier, the tribute featured a standing ovation from 15,000 fans, heartfelt speeches, and a show of camaraderie among longtime rivals.
Nadal expressed deep gratitude to his peers, fans, and family, particularly his uncle and former coach Toni. A plaque with Nadal’s footprint was unveiled to commemorate his legacy.
Thank you guys. From the bottom of my heart 😘
