Panthers make it three in a row despite late Roosters rally

The Panthers overcame the absence of key players to defeat the Roosters 22-16.

It was the Panthers’ ninth consecutive win against the east Sydney team.

Despite a spirited comeback the Panthers held strong with winger Sunia Turuva leading the charge with a hat-trick. This victory extends Turuva’s impressive scoring run to 11 tries in his last eight NRL games. The game remained competitive and entertaining throughout, with both teams missing big name players due to injuries.
